Pictorial or sculptural techniques were never an end in itself. They just need to be in perfect harmony with the treated subject.
The most important is the research process on the mind and its manifestations. My works are all the result of a spiritual quest even if the image is sometimes real. Some works stripped of reality represent the spiritual envelope of this reality.
My inspiration is constituted by imaginary worlds I'm trying to reproduce at best with painting or sculpture.
At the origin of the work is sometimes a furtive image that embodies as the work progresses.
This creative process is also the same as that of the researcher who attempts to perform technical or scientific dreams.
I am looking for the perfect match between the imagined thing and the thing painted or carved.
The ultimate goal is reached when the imagined thing is becoming an animated reality.
